I'm a pretty laidback, relaxed young professional, looking for the same in a partner. Most days, I
work a regular 9-5 job for a locally-owned data management company, and spend the majority of the
rest of my time working for myself and my small business. I guess you could say that I am chasing
the dream, pursuing my dream job and trying to develop a life that would ultimately support this as
well as a partnership with someone that understands the greatness of this pursuit.
All this being
said, I tend to spend my time as a homebody when I'm not working and having meetings. I enjoy music,
watching movies, and spending time in low-key environments with my friends. I've more or less grown
past the part of my life where I partied and ran around, and I am ready to be a bit more "grown up."
I'm hoping to find someone to share this life with me!
Some things you should know about me up
front, in a list:
-I am a liberal, bisexual, gay rights activist, who supports pro-choice
movements.
-Before you ask, even though I identify as a bisexual, I am monogamous, and am seeking
life partnership with a man only.
-I was raised Catholic, and am very well-educated when it comes
to Christianity (and other religions, for that matter). I have made the informed choice to not
continue religious affiliation, and I am not looking to change this.
-I do not have children, and
have never been married.
-My family is extremely important to me; my sister is my very best friend,
and plays a big part in my life.
-Parts of my work life require confidentiality agreements, because
of handling new materials in preparation for publishing. Privacy is very important.
-I am a 420
advocate and experiences of such things are welcome in my life.
-My personality needs time to
decompress on its own at times. I am not the most codependent person.
-I do not have a cell
phone.
-I am very easy to talk to, and very open-minded, and am looking for someone of like
kind.
Ultimately, I would describe myself as a generally good-humored, intelligent, fairly
confident female with a sense of intention for my life. I admit that I have downfalls and
insecurities, and I am very open with them as well.
I do not have any history of addiction,
alcoholism, or other major legal issues, and I'm not looking to get involved with anyone that is
dealing with these types of things.

| Appearance |
I am very tall for a female. That being said, I am also broad, heavyset, and quite buxom. Even
though I am more low-key with the way I spend my time, my style sometimes leans towards the "punk"
definition. Now that I have a more relaxed working environment, I have gone back to changing my hair
and its color often. It's naturally a very dark brown, but is currently short, blonde/purple, and
may change again soon. Clothing wise, I suppose you could say I just dress to cover my frame.
Sometimes I wear spunkier things, but most of my clothes are pretty normal. Very much a t-shirt and
jeans kind of gal though, and I adore a good hoodie!!
My most commented on features are my eyes
(primarily green hazel), lips (referred to as Cupid's bow), and bust (extremely large), after people
get over my height. I also have been told I have an infectious laugh and a great sense of humor. |

| Looking for |
Right now, I'm looking for a partner that has a sense of himself, who is independent and ready to
share a stable relationship.
While I'm open to the possibility of being with someone that has
children and such, I'm hoping to find someone that has moved past the rocky business of past
relationships.
I do not want to connect with someone that has a history of serious drug
addiction, particularly those who were/are involved in methamphetamines. Unfortunately, my
experience with online dating has demonstrated that this is something I need to put in writing.
I
am also not looking to get involved with someone that is in the early stages of recovery regarding
alcoholism. While I understand that life happens, and we all have our personal demons, my hopeful
future partner should be stable when it comes to any issues with substance dependency.
It is
extremely important to me to connect with someone who does not consider themselves a conservative.
This may seem a little decisive, but I have found that it just isn't a good mix for me. I need
someone who is able to accept my family and friends, who are from all walks of life. Also, being
bisexual myself, I need someone who is comfortable with that fact.
I would love to meet up with
someone with a good, somewhat twisted sense of humor, who loves horror movies and can handle a
romantic comedy on occasion... Someone who likes to cuddle is pretty much a must! Big bonus points
to enjoying live music and sharing new songs. Musicians more than welcome!!! It is a bit of a dream
of mine to be with someone with whom I can literally make music.
While I don't expect my partner
to be boisterous, I hope to find someone who is comfortable having conversations and being in social
situations. Even better if they are interested in literature... and I don't mean someone that read a
Stephen King book once.
I would like to share music, literature, movies, and dark humor.
It's
also important to me that the person that I connect with is able to handle his own business. I
realize that some people are more codependent than others, which is fine. For me, though, I need
someone that recognizes that having alone time is important to a relationship.
I suppose I also
would like the future partner to understand that this profile is so detailed not because I'm picky
so much as that I've learned a lot about myself throughout my life, and it's more about
understanding what I want than anything else! |
