I thrive on trying to improve myself both intellectually and physically. For the intellectual aspect
I try to absorb anything that I find interesting. Especially when it comes to history and other
cultures. I also try stay current on world events. At any time during the day you can usually find
me reading the Associated Press, New York Times and USA Today. And since this is election season I
read politifact to make sense of the spin on both sides. On the physical side I’m into P90X which
aside from being a brutal workout that can get you fit it can also instill a great deal of
confidence. Oh and I lost 20 lbs so far. This year I might join a fitness boot camp.
