I am a native Omahan, recently returned from Cincinnati, OH, via San Francisco, and Sac. CA, a year
in Chicago and another in Santa Fe, NM. I'm an outgoing, happy person; I like to laugh and tell
jokes. I like to hug and be hugged. I like being home as much as being out. Socially I enjoy Jazz on
the Green, street fairs, bookstores, having coffee and talking or reading in a cafe, learning about
history, seeing exhibits at the Western Heritage and Joslyn Museums, and walking my dog in a park on
weekends. Or I take day trips. My favorite shops are thrift stores, libraries, antique shops,
hardware stores, gardening and nurseries, and the Habitat for Humanity Resale store. I'm eclectic |

Actually I am 5'5" & 1/2" and since the "average" American(over 50%) is overweight, I'm slender, but
well-rounded. My short dark brown hair now has streaks of silver in front. My best feature is my
animated face, or certainly my smile. I love clothes-my style is classic and varies w/the occasion.
Ratty clothes for working in the yard, and painting, and silks for going to dress-up places. Mostly
at work (a sort of librarian) I wear pants/skirts and nice tops. |

I am looking for honesty in communication, for a man who tries to know and say what he feels, what
he wants. For someone who is comfortable with himself. And wants to share his interests. Physically
fit is important though I'm not looking for an athlete. No couch potatos, no TV addicts. Life is too
precious and full of wonder to squander it living though TV characters. Someone who is
multiculturally aware. I have a lot of interests, hobbies, curiosities and I'm open to more if he
can share his interests. |
